Qualifications

• Education requirement: High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent member service from start to finish with each member, including opening new accounts and processing transactions.
• Proactively engage with members to discover needs and educate them about products and services.
• Assist members with general account questions and refer to appropriate teams for loans or wealth management when needed.
• Ensure the branch cash drawer is balanced at close and research any discrepancies.
• Follow established processes with integrity and complete required training on Coastal1 products.
