APCU Center Parc Credit Union in Atlanta, GA is seeking a friendly Member Service Representative II for the Contact Center. You will handle member transactions, assist with new accounts, and guide members on online services while delivering a high level of service.

The role requires 2+ years in banking/credit union or financial services, with a high school diploma; bilingual Spanish/English option is noted. Salary ranges hourly and the position is on-site with standard M-F hours.

Qualifications

Requires 2+ years of transactional work experience in banking, financial services, or a credit union.
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred: Associate’s degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or related field; 2 years of additional work experience.

Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding service to members with fast, courteous, and accurate handling of transactions.
Open new accounts and assist with changes and updates on member accounts.
Process transfers, deposits, loan payments, and other financial transactions.
Provide guidance on products and services to meet member needs.
Balance branch operations and assist in account opening procedures when required.
Adhere to BSA/AML and OFAC regulations and protect member information.
