Responsibilities

• Efficient Teller Operations: balance, secure funds, and monitor cash levels.
• Member Services: meet members' needs and cross-sell products.
• Leadership and Supervision: coach peers and support branch goals.
• Problem-Solving: resolve complex transactions and assist members.
• Product Knowledge and Cross-Selling: educate on credit union products.
• Transaction Processing: process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments.
