Job summary

Role requires 3–5 years in financial services, high school diploma or GED, Spanish preferred, and relevant certifications such as FL Notary and NMLS.

Qualifications

• Ability to use a PC and Microsoft Outlook – Required
• Experience with Episys – Preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead generation and networking to build a network of member contacts.
• Outbound member service and sales to drive sales and enhance service.
• Process a wide range of financial transactions for credit union members.
• Identify changes in members' banking needs and recommend financial solutions.
• Cross-sell products and services to deepen member relationships and profitability.
• Process consumer loans and mentor other team members on best practices.
• Educate members on features, benefits and financial responsibility.
