Job summary

Disney-affiliated Partners Federal Credit Union is seeking a Member Experience Professional I in Florida. You will deliver professional teller services, balance cash, and build strong member relationships while promoting Credit Union products and services.

You will support the sales team, handle deposits and loans, and ensure compliance with CIP, OFAC, and ChexSystems. The role requires strong customer focus and teamwork in a busy branch environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant financial industry experience.
• Two years’ experience in teller cash handling and branch operations.
• Notary public (FL Notary) preferred or required per position.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent member service and cross-sell Credit Union products and services.
• Perform teller functions and balance daily totals with accuracy.
• Open new accounts and process consumer loans from start to finish.
• Support sales team with referrals and product knowledge.
• Maintain CIP, OFAC, ChexSystems compliance and accurate records.
• Handle deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and other transactions efficiently and securely.
