Job summary

Florida Credit Union is seeking a Universal Teller to provide excellent customer service and represent the credit union professionally. The role combines Teller duties with occasional Member Service Representative responsibilities to assist members with inquiries about our products and services.

You will handle cash transactions, answer inquiries across channels, and cross-sell products while adhering to OFAC and Bank Secrecy Act requirements.

Qualifications

• Cash checks and dispense money with verify ID and balance.
• Answer inquiries via phone, online, mail, chats, and other channels.
• Cross-sell FCU products and services to members.
• Conduct loan interviews and obtain credit history as needed.
• Process membership and account applications and related documents.

Responsibilities

• Cashes checks and dispenses money after verification of identification and balance.
• Balances currency and checks in cash drawer at end of shift.
• Cross-sells FCU products to membership.
