This full-time, in-person role requires a high school diploma, strong communication and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and basic math and computer abilities; bilingual Spanish-English is a plus, with occasional Saturday rotations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience preferred; financial institution experience a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Connect with members through phone, video, and digital channels, providing friendly, professional, and personalized service.
• Help with everyday banking needs, including transactions, payments, account maintenance, forms, and service requests.
• Listen carefully, answer questions, research concerns, and help members find clear solutions.
• Learn about members’ needs and connect them with products and services that can support their financial goals.
• Maintain accuracy while handling transactions, documentation, account updates, and other operational responsibilities.
• Work alongside teammates and leaders to create a positive, collaborative experience for every member.
