Ideal candidates bring a high school diploma, strong communication skills, and a focus on accuracy and customer service. Bilingual Spanish/English is preferred, with a Saturday rotation and mid-shift schedule.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience is preferred; financial institution experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine desire to help people.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately while managing multiple priorities.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Basic math and computer skills with comfort using phone systems and business applications.
• Spanish-English bilingual proficiency is preferred.
