Job summary

GreenState Credit Union is seeking an MSR to cultivate member relationships and deliver outstanding service. You will greet members, identify financial needs, and offer appropriate GreenState products, while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality in all transactions.

The role involves daily cash handling, weekly outbound calls, and collaboration with various departments to meet sales targets and service standards.

Qualifications

Must have at least one year of similar or related experience or 12 months in an MSR role with knowledge of all credit union accounts and products.
High energy and sales ability and interpersonal skills to represent the credit union in a positive and professional manner.
Proficiency with related computer applications, spreadsheets, word processing, and database applications.
Reports to work punctually, works all scheduled hours, and works overtime as necessitated by business demand.

Responsibilities

Build member relationships by recognizing their financial needs and meeting those needs with the appropriate GreenState product and service or referring them to the specialized department.
Makes weekly outbound sales calls to members.
Performs MSR duties including balancing a cash drawer daily and understanding credit union policies for cash handling.
Adheres to Credit Union Service Standards and protects confidentiality of member information.
Participates in community service and departmental activities to support team goals.
