Wright-Patt Credit Union Inc. is seeking an entry-level Member Experience Representative I to deliver outstanding service and accurately handle a variety of cash transactions. You will proactively discuss products and services to meet members' financial needs and explain the credit union’s mission and offerings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent or 10 years' experience.
• Some post-secondary education preferred.
• Able to learn and apply software applications.
• Accurate keyboarding skills.
• Experience in a retail service environment with cash handling.

Responsabilités

• Provide extraordinary member service; accurately process cash, deposits, inquiries and other transactions.
• Listen to questions and guide members to appropriate products and services; refer when helpful.
• Follow policies, procedures and controls; report gaps to leadership to mitigate risk.
• Balance cash drawer at start/end of each workday.
• Perform miscellaneous duties such as end of day tasks, filing, answering phones.
