Job summary

GreenState Credit Union is seeking a dynamic MSR to enhance member relationships through proactive service and sales of retail products. You will greet members, balance cash, and refer to Wealth Management, Commercial, Mortgage, or Insurance teams as needed.

This role emphasizes high energy, accuracy, and teamwork in a credit union environment, with opportunities for growth within a collaborative culture and ongoing member service excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of similar experience or 12 months in a successful MSA role with knowledge of all credit union accounts and products.
• Strong sales and interpersonal skills to represent the credit union professionally.
• Excellent time management, accuracy, and attention to detail; able to balance a cash drawer and adhere to policies.

Responsibilities

• Achieve high sales by promoting retail products and services.
• Build and maintain member relationships and identify opportunities for additional business.
• Balance a cash drawer daily and follow cash handling procedures.
• Profile members to uncover needs and refer to appropriate departments.
• Make outbound sales calls to increase sales performance.
• Support teamwork and friendly, professional member service.
