Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests, delivering exceptional customer service and making them feel welcome.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with questions.
• Check in members, give club tours and sign up new members, log amenities and communicate updates.
• Respond to member questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Regularly clean the facility, bathrooms, equipment and front desk area.
