Job summary

National Fitness Partners is hiring a Customer Service Representative at one of its Planet Fitness clubs. The role focuses on delivering a superior, Judgement Free member experience while handling sign-ups, questions, and purchases.

The position offers a starting wage of $12 per hour with scheduled increases at 180 days, 1 year, and every 6 months thereafter on anniversary dates. Growth opportunities and a strong benefits package are highlighted.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering friendly, helpful customer service.
• Ability to greet members and assist with sign-ups.
• Comfort with using a point-of-sale system and promoting programs.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system.
• Promote fitness instruction classes to active and new members.
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.
