Job summary

National Fitness Partners is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Indianapolis. Starting hourly wage is $12 with scheduled days: Monday 4:30a-1p, Tuesday-Friday 6a-2p. Hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year, and every 6 months after the first year based on anniversary dates.

You will provide superior service to Planet Fitness members and guests, greet and sign up new members, answer questions, process purchases via POS, promote PE@PF classes, and maintain a clean, safe club environment.

Qualifications

• Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members and guests.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns professionally.
• Promote fitness instruction classes to active and new members.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, safe club environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system
• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.
