EPIC Fitness Group dba Planet Fitness is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver outstanding service to members, prospective members, and guests, ensuring a welcoming, judgement-free environment.

You will greet and assist guests, handle phone inquiries, assist with member sign-ups, and keep the club clean and well-maintained while communicating updates and issues to members and staff.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests, provide exceptional service and make them feel welcome.
• Answer phone calls in a friendly manner and assist callers with questions.
• Check-in members, provide tours, sign up new members, log amenities and communicate updates to members.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely, professional manner.
• Regular cleaning of the facility, bathrooms, equipment, front desk area and amenities.
