Job summary

Planet Fitness in Massachusetts is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support members and guests with a friendly, informed approach. You will sign up new members, answer questions, and promote fitness classes while ensuring a clean, safe club environment.

Starting at $15 per hour with raises at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months thereafter. This position is on-site and physically active, with a focus on exceptional member experience.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred

• Basic computer proficiency

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using a script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, log amenities
• Respond to member questions and concerns professionally and promptly
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the POS system
• Promote fitness instruction classes to members and guests
• Maintain a clean, sanitized and safe club environment
