Job summary

National Fitness Partners, operating the Planet Fitness brand, seeks a Customer Service Representative in Westfield, MA. The role focuses on delivering a superior Judgement Free member experience, greeting members, answering inquiries, and guiding new sign-ups while maintaining a clean, safe club environment.

Starting pay is $15 per hour with scheduled increases at 180 days, 1 year, and every 6 months thereafter. Flexible 11am–5pm shifts, full-time, onsite at a busy Planet Fitness club.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Basic computer proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members and guests.
• Answer phones and assist with membership sign-up and tours.
• Maintain a clean, safe club environment and log amenities.
