Job summary

National Fitness Partners, the largest Planet Fitness franchise, is hiring a Customer Service Representative to greet members, answer questions, and process purchases. This full-time role offers a starting wage of $12 per hour with scheduled shifts and regular incremental raises after milestones.

You will work in a high-energy club environment, promote fitness classes, and maintain a clean, welcoming space for members and guests.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail environments preferred.
• Ability to answer phones and greet members professionally.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system
• Promote our fitness instruction classes to members and new members
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.
