National Fitness Partners is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a full-time role in the United States. The position starts at $12 per hour with a Monday–Friday 4:45 AM–12:45 PM schedule. Hourly increases occur at 180 days, 1 year, and every 6 months after the first year.

You will greet members, sign up new members, answer questions, process POS purchases, and promote PE@PF fitness classes. Benefits include health insurance options, 401(k) with employer match, PTO, and a free employee

• Responsible for providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system
• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.
