Qualifications

• Retail experience including operating front-end equipment (cash register).
• Experience using mobile retail applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide member service and assist with purchases.
• Maintain checkout area and operate cash register.
• Resolve member issues and concerns.
• Promote Sam's Club products and services.
• Assist members with self-service technology and processing payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges per policy.
• Ensure safety and security per company procedures and ethics.
