Responsibilities

• Provides member service and maintains the checkout area.
• Resolves member issues and concerns and promotes Sam's Club products and services.
• Guides and supports members regarding self-service technology and processes member purchases.
• Assists with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges per company policies.
• Ensures safety standards, conducts safety sweeps, and handles merchandise properly.
• Trains new Frontline Services associates on processes and tools and delivers rollout training.
• Maintains the area, arranges merchandise, and supports secure shopping environments.
