Job summary

Sam’s Club in Burleson, TX is seeking a front-end associate to provide member service, maintain the checkout area, and process purchases. You’ll assist with payments, returns, and exchanges while promoting products and supporting self-service technology.

Qualifications

• Retail experience including operating front end equipment.
• Experience with mobile retail applications.

Responsibilities

• Provides member service and resolves member issues.
• Maintains checkout area and processes member purchases.
• Promotes Sam's Club products and services and guides self-service technology.
• Follows safety standards and company policies; reports unsafe situations.
• Assists with training Member Frontline Services associates on processes and procedures.
