Job summary

Walmart Sam’s Club is hiring for a front-end associate to deliver member service and manage checkout areas in our Houston location. You will process purchases, assist with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges according to policies, and support member questions about self-checkout and other services.

Team members promote Sam’s Club products, maintain safe and organized aisles, and assist with training on new processes.

Qualifications

• Retail experience including operating front end equipment (e.g., cash register).
• Experience with mobile retail applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide member service and maintain checkout area.
• Process member purchases and assist with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges per policy.
• Assist with guidance on self-service technology and promote Sam’s Club products and services.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and merchandising in designated areas.
• Support training for Frontline Services associates and rollout new programs.
