Job summary

Planet Fitness in West Des Moines is seeking a Customer Service Representative to create a positive member experience by delivering a superior level of customer service to members, prospective members, and guests.

You will greet and assist at the front desk, handle phone inquiries, give tours, assist with member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, and update member accounts. You will escalate issues to the Club Manager when needed and help maintain a clean, welcoming club environment.

Qualifications

• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Greet/meet potential members, providing a great customer experience.
• Handle front desk related tasks.
• Answering phone calls in a polite and friendly manner to assist with questions or concerns.
• Taking info calls and tours
• Assist in member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, BCM amenity usage, and updating member account information.
• Facilitate member services issues and questions and forward to Club Manager/Manager in Training/Team Lead as needed.
• Help maintain the neatness/cleanliness of the club.
