Job summary

Crunch Fitness in Fredericksburg is seeking a Customer Service Representative to ensure all members, guests, and prospective members receive top-notch customer service. This is a part-time, hourly non-exempt position.

At the front desk, you will greet and check in members, inform prospective members about membership options and promotions, and answer calls with a polite, professional manner. You will also update member accounts and process payments at the POS while keeping the club neat and

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in all members, guests, and prospective members
• Inform prospective members about membership options and current promotions
• Answer phone calls in a polite and professional manner
• Facilitate necessary updates to members' accounts
• Compliance with our uniform policy - crunch polo, black pants or shorts & crunch nametag
• Operate the POS system and accept payments
• Ensure all retail items are fully stocked
• Assist in maintaining the neatness and cleanliness of the club
• Other duties as assigned
