Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to become CPR/AED Certified (training provided by Planet Fitness).
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to members, prospective members, and guests.
• Greet members/guests as they enter and exit the club.
• Resolve member concerns and elevate to the Club Manager if necessary.
• Perform membership related functions.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety of club areas.
