Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Punctuality and reliability are required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Able to stand/walk continually and lift up to 45 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests and provide exceptional service.
• Answer phones and assist callers with questions.
• Check in members, give tours, sign up new members, log amenities.
• Communicate updates and billing issues to members and guests.
• Respond to member questions promptly and professionally.
• Regular cleaning of the facility, bathrooms, and front desk area.
