You will listen to member needs, explain products and options, and provide accurate processing of loans, memberships, and automated services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least 1 year of progressivelly responsible experience in a financial institution.

Responsibilities

• Performs a broad range of member sales and service functions to deliver the desired member experience.
• Focuses on listening to identify member needs by asking questions and offering solutions.
• Builds loyal member relationships and supports branch team goals.
• Processes loan applications, opens new memberships and IRAs, and supports Call Center as needed.
• Cross-sells MSGCU products and services to meet member needs.
