Job summary

YMCA is seeking a Member Service Associate to greet members, process registrations, verify check-ins, and promote programs. This role serves as the first point of contact, delivering exceptional service in-person, by phone, and digitally, while supporting retention and engagement.

The position requires a friendly, professional demeanor, basic computer skills, and familiarity with the Daxko system. Evening hours on Wednesdays and Thursdays (5-9pm) with alternating weekends are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum six months of experience in customer service, sales, or administrative support.
• Strong administrative, organizational, and computer skills with keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests, delivering friendly, professional service.
• Process registrations and transactions in Daxko with accuracy.
• Verify member check-ins and enforce scan-in procedures for security.
• Share information about YMCA programs and membership benefits.
• Support engagement through courtesy calls and promotions.
• Follow safety policies and document incidents.
• Collaborate with cross-departmental teams for seamless service.
• Promote YMCA mission and fundraising opportunities.
