Job summary

The Domain Companies' Shop Workspace in New Orleans is seeking a friendly Community Specialist who owns the in-person experience for members, guests, and events. You will ensure the space looks welcoming, tours feel engaging, and events run smoothly on a daily basis.

You report to the Community Manager and collaborate with the portfolio Operations Manager and Sales Manager to deliver on both operations and growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in hospitality, coworking, customer service or events.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask with frequent interruptions while keeping details accurate.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members, guests and visitors with exceptional hospitality and clear communication.
• Serve as first point of contact for member questions and requests, routing what you can.
• Run move-ins, move-outs, member orientation and onboarding.
• Know members by name and share insights with the Community Manager.
