The Shop Workspace, part of The Domain Companies, seeks a Community Specialist to own the on-site guest experience, tours, events, and space operations. You will welcome members, coordinate move-ins/outs, and work with the Community Manager and Operations/Sales teams to ensure smooth daily operations.

You’ll operate in a hospitality-forward, team-driven environment across multiple locations, with flexible hours to cover events and community programming.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in hospitality, coworking, customer service or events.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask with interruptions while keeping the details right.
• Comfortable with technology; HubSpot or coworking software experience is a plus.
• Warm, professional, personable and approachable.
• Self-starter who can work independently on site.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.

Responsabilités

• Welcome members, guests and visitors with exceptional hospitality and clear, friendly communication.
• Serve as the first point of contact for member questions and requests, routing as needed.
• Manage move-ins, move-outs, member orientation and onboarding.
• Conduct in-person tours and trial days to showcase The Shop at its best.
• Log tour notes in HubSpot to enable sales follow-up.
• Maintain the space, equipment and amenities to high standards.
