Job summary

The Domain Companies' Shop Workspace seeks a Community Specialist to own on-site experience across a hospitality-first coworking space in New Orleans, Salt Lake City, and Brooklyn.

You’ll welcome members, support events, conduct tours, and ensure spaces run smoothly. This role reports to the Community Manager and partners with Operations and Sales teams to deliver a superior member experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in hospitality, coworking, customer service or events.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask with interruptions while keeping details.
• Comfortable with technology; HubSpot or coworking software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members, guests and visitors with exceptional hospitality and clear communication.
• Serve as the first contact for member questions and requests.
• Run move-ins, move-outs, member orientation and onboarding.
• Know members by name and share insights with the team.
• Maintain space, equipment and amenities to high standards.
• Complete opening/closing checklists to operating standards.
• Track and restock kitchen, markets and supplies.
• Report maintenance and vendor issues and coordinate on-site access.
• Conduct in-person tours and log notes for follow-up.
