Job summary

The Domain Companies is seeking a Community Specialist for The Shop Workspace in Salt Lake City. You will own the in-person experience, welcome members, manage tours, and ensure events run smoothly, reporting to the Community Manager and collaborating with Operations and Sales leadership.

You are organized, hospitable, proactive, and able to work independently on site, with a drive to deliver excellent service and a positive member experience across multiple locations as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in hospitality, coworking, customer service or events.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to multitask with frequent interruptions while keeping details right.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members and guests with exceptional hospitality and clear communication.
• Serve as first point of contact for member questions and requests.
• Run move-ins, orientation and onboarding for new members.
• Know members by name and relay insights to Community Manager and leadership.
