Job summary

Blaze Credit Union seeks a skilled Member Experience Center specialist to assist Members by phone and electronic messages with professionalism and a focus on first-call resolution.

Responsibilities include handling transactions, researching member questions, resolving disputes, and offering technical support for automated services. This role emphasizes continuous learning and growth within Blaze.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 36 months experience working in a financial institution required (working in a financial services industry call center a plus)
• Minimum High School degree or GED (required)
• Excellent Member service skills
• Reliability to work scheduled shifts
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to problem solve and multi-task
• Ability to work effectively in a diverse environment where change is routine and flexibility is required
• Ability to work independently while displaying initiative

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming telephone calls and electronic messages in a professional manner
• Process transactions and research and resolve member questions and disputes
• Provide technical support for our automated services and ensure first call resolution where possible
