Qualifikationen

• Minimum High School degree or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of customer service experience in a credit union or similar setting preferred.
• Ability to explain features and benefits and close sales opportunities.
• Typing and basic computer skills required.

• Use the Online Branch queue to recommend and sell Blaze products and services.
• Identify members' needs and meet sales goals for accounts, loans, and referrals.
• Process new account applications online and maintain timely follow-up on leads.
• Support branch operations and ensure accurate documentation per guidelines.
