DuGood Credit Union is seeking a Member Relations Representative for the Beaumont area. The role balances cash handling with member conversations to help members reach their financial goals.

You will handle deposits, withdrawals, new accounts, and routine service tasks while building trust with members across daily interactions. If you enjoy serving others and thrive in a fast-paced, people-facing environment, we’d love to meet you.

Qualifikationen

• Previous teller and member services experience is preferred.
• A high school diploma (or equivalent).
• A heart for service and team first attitude.
• Strong communication skills: you know how to listen and connect.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Someone who can stay upbeat and focus in a busy, people facing environment.

Aufgaben

• Greet members with warmth and professionalism.
• Process deposits and withdrawals, check cashing, loan payments, and cash advances.
• Sell cashier checks, money orders, and miscellaneous items; redeem savings bonds.
• Assist with debit card issues, check orders, and account updates.
• Open, close and maintain various member accounts and services; manage safe deposit boxes.
• Process member check orders and stop payments as needed.
• Quote rates, fees, and account information to members; approve checks within limits.
• Discuss services that could help members, proactively.
