Qualifications

• Previous teller, member services, and loan processing experience required.
• Prior loan approval experience required for underwriter authority.
• Approve checks up to assigned limit.
• Open and perform maintenance on all types of member accounts and services.
• Must pass background and drug screening.
• Cross-training is required.

Responsibilities

• Greeting every member with warmth and professionalism.
• Performing everyday transactions like check cashing, loan payments, and cash advances.
• Help members with debit card issues, check orders, loans and account updates.
• Balancing your drawer and staying organized throughout the day.
• Talk to members about services that could help them, even before they ask.
• Supporting other departments and cross-training to grow your skills (this is a requirement).
• Maintaining confidentiality and following policies with care.
