Communication Federal Credit Union in Ada, Oklahoma seeks a dedicated Member Service Representative to deliver exceptional member experiences by processing teller transactions accurately and courteously. You will cross-sell loan and deposit products and be the frontline contact for members.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, dependable cash handling, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1-2 years' experience with financial institution or in customer service environment.
• Prior cash-handling experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Accurately process teller transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
• Serve as primary contact and build relationships with CFCU members.
• Understand and cross-sell CFCU products and services.
