Communication Federal Credit Union in Enid, OK, seeks a Member Service Representative to deliver outstanding member experiences by processing teller transactions accurately and cross-selling products. You will be the frontline contact, helping members with deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments while building lasting relationships.

The role requires 1–2 years of experience in financial or customer service settings, with strong interpersonal and communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Competenze

• Experience in financial institutions or customer service environments.
• Prior cash-handling experience preferred.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience is required.

Mansioni

• Accurately process teller transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
• Serve as primary contact and build relationships with members.
• Understand and cross-sell CU products and services.
• Achieve individual and branch goals for member experience, transaction accuracy, and product cross-sells.
