Niagara's Choice Federal Credit Union is seeking a Universal Member Representative I to serve as liaison between members and the credit union, providing account information and guidance on products and services. The role includes processing teller transactions, opening accounts, and resolving member issues with professionalism.

You will cross-sell promotions, maintain system proficiency, ensure confidentiality, and adhere to internal and external regulations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Credit Union Banking/Services required.
• High school graduate or GED.
• Computer literacy required.
• Notary Public required within 180 days of hire.
• Knowledge of products and services preferred.

Responsabilités

• Greet and welcome members in a professional manner and provide prompt service.
• Promote credit union products and services based on member needs.
• Open new accounts and service existing accounts; assist with account files.
• Handle transfers of shares to loan payments and other member requests.
• Respond to member questions by phone, email, or mail.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with regulations.
• Cross-sell Credit Union products and promotions.
