Job summary

Walmart Sam's Club location is seeking an energetic Front End Associate to deliver member service, process purchases, and help with returns and exchanges. You will greet members, verify memberships, and guide customers to products and services while maintaining a clean, safe store environment.

The role requires comfort with front end equipment, mobile apps, and a focus on accuracy and service. Training and growth opportunities are available in a team-oriented setting.

Qualifications

• Retail experience including operating front end equipment such as cash registers.
• Comfort with using mobile retail applications for sales and member services.
• Ability to assist with payments, returns, exchanges and refunds following store policies.

Responsibilities

• Provides member service and assists members with purchases.
• Maintains checkout area and processes member purchases.
• Verifies membership cards and identifies member needs.
• Promotes Sam's Club products and services to members.
• Assists members with self-service technology and directions within the club.
• Maintains a safe and clean shopping environment and reports unsafe conditions.
