Job summary

Walmart Inc. in West Jordan, UT is seeking a Front End Associate to deliver member service, process purchases, and maintain checkout areas. You will assist with returns, exchanges, and payment types while promoting Sam’s Club products and ensuring safety and compliance.

You will also guide members on self-service tools, help locate merchandise, and support training for new technology implementations across the store.

Qualifications

• Retail experience including operating front end equipment (for example, cash register).
• Working with mobile retail applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide member service and resolve member issues.
• Maintain the checkout area and process member purchases, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
• Promote Sam's Club products and services and guide members on self-service technology.
• Assist with payments, safety procedures, and guarding assets.
• Train and mentor Frontline Services associates on processes and new technology.
