Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a financial institution or sales-focused environment.
• Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills.

• Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new digital tools.
• A genuine passion for helping others achieve financial success.

Responsibilities

• Engage members as the first point of contact and build relationships.
• Open new memberships, checking, savings, and specialty accounts.
• Conduct consumer loan interviews and process applications with recommendations.
• Cross-sell products to enhance the member's financial well-being.
• Educate members on digital banking and self-service tools; promote new tech.
• Maintain branch operations and assist with cash management and security.
• Collaborate with colleagues to meet branch sales and service goals.
