Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Engage members as first contact, build relationships and uncover needs.
• Open memberships, accounts, and process applications in line with policies.
• Conduct loan interviews and recommend products like personal and auto loans and credit cards.
• Cross-sell products to benefit members’ financial well-being.
• Educate members on digital banking and self-service tools.
