Job summary

Verve Credit Union is seeking a Member Experience Advisor I to serve as a member ambassador across in-person, phone, and digital channels. You will process transactions, open and service deposit accounts, and take applications for credit cards and unsecured loans while ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will explain products clearly, identify opportunities to deepen member relationships, and support Verve's growth objectives through attentive service and problem resolution.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum six (6) months of customer service, retail banking, or cash handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and provide a welcoming environment.
• Process member transactions: deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cash advances, checks.
• Verify endorsements, signatures, and IDs; maintain confidentiality.
• Open/close standard consumer deposit accounts and manage beneficiaries.
• Explain account features and regulatory terms clearly to members.
• Assist with digital banking tools and problem resolution.
• Take applications for credit cards and unsecured loans/lines of credit.
• Promote Verve products and services to deepen member relationships.
