• Conduct consumer loan interviews, process applications, and recommend products like personal, auto loans, and credit cards.
• Cross-sell opportunities and refer products benefiting the member’s financial well-being.
• Educate members on digital banking and self-service tools.
• Balance the branch vault and ensure security and compliance.
• Support branch operations, including opening/closing and cash management.
• Collaborate with team to meet branch sales and service goals.
