Responsibilities

• Greet members and visitors, assess their needs, and direct them appropriately.
• Provide administrative and operational support at service stations.
• Explain credit union products and assist members in utilizing them.
• Process account changes and resolve account-related issues.
• Perform teller functions, including accurate and timely cash handling.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure excellent service delivery in professional manner.
