Job summary

Sam's East, Inc. is seeking team members to provide member service, process purchases, and maintain the checkout area at our Tuscaloosa location.

You will resolve member concerns, assist with payments, returns, and exchanges, and uphold safety standards throughout the store. Responsibilities include training new associates on processes and self-service technology, organizing merchandise, and promoting Sam's Club products and services.
