Job summary

Broadview FCU’s Malta Branch is seeking a friendly Member Service Associate to welcome members and visitors, handle transactions, and promote our financial services. You will support multiple branches in the Capital Northwest Region, delivering professional service and strengthening member relationships through proactive conversations and recommendations.

Ideal candidates communicate clearly, adapt to a dynamic environment, and are committed to accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent oral, written, and listening communication skills.
• Able to work at any location/time as needed.
• Able to lift at least 10 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding member service at the Malta branch and within the Capital Northwest region.
• Process financial transactions accurately while maintaining a cash drawer.
• Detect and report fraud or irregular activities as a first line of defense.
• Build member relationships by asking questions and recommending solutions.
• Respond to general member inquiries about products/services, lending, etc.
