Job summary

ADP, Inc. seeks a Senior Member Experience Associate to assist members with financial transactions, process payments, and handle negotiable instruments. You will manage lobby queues, coordinate resources for branch cash flow, and act as a liaison between walk-in members and centralized staff.

The role supports a sales and service culture, training objectives, and initiatives, ensuring member needs are matched with the right CU staff.

Qualifications

• One to three years of related experience; minimum of one year Member Experience Associate II experience recommended.
• High school education or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with financial transactions, including cash exchanges, processing payments and issuing and accepting negotiable instruments.
• Direct and schedule resources needed to meet branch cash flow operations while supporting management.
• Manage the lobby queue and foster a hospitable experience for members waiting.
• Serve as liaison between walk-in members and centralized staff.
• Support sales and service culture, training objectives and initiatives as directed.
• Match member needs with the CU employees best equipped to handle them.
